DÖIM – Dachorganisation Österreichisches Interim Management – is organizing the top event of the interim management industry for the 10th time in March 2025. We are particularly proud of this anniversary! We see time and again that the interim management market is constantly evolving despite the weak economy and “crises”. Interim management is and remains a strong market for the future, as it combines the requirements of the economy and the needs of managers and brings them forward.

That is why the event motto is Interim Managers – ONLY THE BEST! Under this motto, we are focusing on interim managers, their expertise, different areas of application and, above all, their numerous successes! You will see many case studies from a wide range of areas, insights from entrepreneurs, topics such as communication and resilience and much more. There is something for everyone!
Once again part of the Management Dinner the evening before is the awarding of the Interim Manager of the Year 2025 and at KIM the awarding of the title CIM – Certified Interim Manager together with the trade association UBIT/Incite.
The Management Dinner on the evening before will again be held in cooperation with the AIMP – Arbeitskreis Interim Management Provider – as FIM Forum Interim Management. Here you can contact all qualified interim providers from Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
