Klaus-Christian Werner is Sales Director and Consultant at GOiNTERIM, a leading provider of interim management and executive search. With more than 25 years of experience in senior management positions, both in industry and in personnel consulting, Mr. Werner brings extensive expertise to sales and customer service.
With experience in strategic management, in the implementation of operational excellence and with expertise in interim management and executive search, Mr. Werner understands the current issues and economic requirements of the market. He is able to discuss solutions with managing directors and executives on an equal footing and is gladly perceived by our clients as an experienced sparring partner.

Thanks to his intercultural experience in managing international projects and site developments, including the development and restructuring of medium-sized and large companies, he is also the contact person within the WIL Group for interim management mandates and international projects worldwide.

With a background in mining, a doctorate in materials science and the Senior Managers Program at the IMD in Lausanne, he has worked for over 25 years in senior positions in international industry and personnel and management consultancies. He has acquired extensive know-how in the mining and energy, heavy industry, electrical engineering/electronics, construction, building materials and ancillary building trades, building management, medical technology and healthcare sectors.
