Ulrich Wrede has more than 20 years of management and leadership experience in operations and production from medium-sized companies to international corporations. After several years in management responsibility up to the level of technical managing director, he has now been successfully involved in interim management at first and second management level for production and technology for more than 10 years. In addition to production and technology, his focus is on the operational reorganization and restructuring of industrial companies, the establishment and optimization of production processes and workflows, international relocation projects (especially Eastern Europe) and carve-out projects for corporate acquisitions (private equity companies). His industry experience ranges from chemicals, furniture and furniture accessories, packaging and glass industries to mechanical engineering and automotive.
