On May 9 and 10, the AIMP Annual Forum will once again open its doors at the idyllic Schwarzenstein Castle and promises to be an outstanding event for the interim management industry. The newly formed Association of Interim Management Professionals (AIMP) has established itself as a leading force in the DACH region and brings together renowned interim service providers to represent the interests of over 10,000 interim managers. This year’s forum offers a platform for a lively exchange to talk about the latest trends, developments and challenges in the industry. This is not just a place for discussion, but also for innovative and future-oriented action.
Today, interim management is more than just a short-term solution for companies – it is an indispensable building block for transformation and strategic change. The AIMP has always stood for transparency, professionalism and quality, and this year it will once again be a highlight to see how members are driving the industry forward with fresh ideas and in-depth analysis. The focus of this year’s forum is on a topic that is of intense concern to many companies: Business Transformation. The change that is necessary to adapt to new market conditions, technologies or internal requirements goes far beyond short-term adjustments. This is where interim managers are in demand, as their comprehensive knowledge in the areas of strategy, processes, technology, organizational structure and corporate culture can make a significant contribution to this change process.

The forum will be rounded off by interactive workshops in which specific practical cases will be worked on together with the participants. Particularly noteworthy is the presentation by Ansgar Frische from the Abacco Solution Group, who will show how companies can optimally visualize measures and results. Another highlight will be the presentation of the most comprehensive interim management study in the German-speaking world, which for the first time surveyed interim providers, clients and interim managers. This study provides valuable data and insights that will pave the way for the future of interim management.
