DDIM Regulars’ Table // Munich

On December 2, the last DDIM regulars’ table of the year took place in Munich. Once again, almost 40 interim managers and, above all, interested parties came together to celebrate the end of the year.

It was a colorful mix of established interim managers, newcomers and interested parties as well as market participants who met to exchange ideas at the Metzger Wirt. From our point of view, it is exciting that there are always new interim managers and interested parties, but also very experienced interim managers with a long track record – the Stammtisch as a place to be for every interim generation. As Stefanie has already said, the local Stammtisch in Munich is developing into the networking event for the interim management scene in Bavaria.

Ludwig Mayr, our Managing Director, once again hosted the evening together with Stefanie Heckmann. Topics included the current market situation in interim management, general cooperation and the importance of networking (especially at regular events like this).

Robert Reseneder had an exciting keynote speech with him. He reported on his personal experiences of lean management from his trip to Japan. Particularly interesting were his impressions and insights on the topic of lean management, which focuses on people, their feelings and their needs rather than numbers. He reported on numerous use cases, rituals in companies and many insights gained from them. The topic was discussed in particular with regard to cultural differences and functional applicability in Germany.

During the networking part of the evening, there were again many discussions and a lively exchange with existing and new contacts from the interim management scene – that’s exactly what these DDIM.lokal events are all about! A great and all-round successful evening in a cozy atmosphere.

The special thing about this evening: our beloved and active Stefanie Heckmann will be retiring from the active organization team. Ludwig Mayr once again thanked Stefanie personally, especially for her active support and her important impulses over the past years. It is also thanks to her constant active support that the network evening in Munich has been able to develop so rapidly, because without Stefanie we would not be where we are today! Her great achievements and her farewell were acknowledged by all those present with a big round of applause.

Malte Borchardt and Martin Ludwig Mayr have joined the team in Munich to help us make further progress. We warmly welcome interim manager Verena Bammert to the DDIM organization team in Munich! Verena is an interim manager and has a background in marketing – so it doesn’t get any better than that! We look forward to working with you.

Have a wonderful Advent season and see you in the New Year!
