Two weeks ago, the interim management course of incite/ WKO took place again in Vienna. The course has now been running for four years and is still very much in demand from business and (interim) managers. And rightly so!
The Interim Management course together with the CIM – Certified Interim Manager – certificate offers professional and very practice-oriented training for interim managers. The course was designed and implemented together with DÖIM, the Austrian umbrella organization for interim management. “The interim management course provides practical tips and up-to-date information on a wide range of interim management topics,” says Martin Ludwig Mayr, Chairman of DÖIM and Managing Director of GOiNTERIM, “both newcomers and experienced interim managers are always impressed!“.
The training covers all relevant topics of interim management. In addition to the theoretical content, a lot of emphasis is placed on use cases and practical tips.
The subject areas include:
- Key success factors in interim management
- Strengthening your own positioning
- Methodological knowledge and social skills
- Market structure in interim management, in particular cooperation with interim providers
- Self-marketing and sales
- Legal and tax framework conditions
- Project management specifics
- Practical illustration with cases and tips from the field
The certification is the crowning achievement and is unique in the German-speaking world. It distinguishes qualified interim managers for their specialist knowledge and, in particular, for their social skills.
” It’s always exciting and challenging at the same time! The joint work on the topics and the results are always impressive! Once again it was a lot of fun, thanks to all participants. “, says Martin Ludwig Mayr.
