Measures and implementation steps:

  • Account management on the demand side (incl. sales pitches, requirements management taking into account country-specific regulations, etc.)
  • Product management for development service provider of the registration and result management app (incl. creation of mockups, organization of user acceptance tests etc.)
  • Organization of the test infrastructure set-up (incl. coordination with subsidiaries and service providers for material and personnel procurement, cloud connections of the labs and test stations, etc.).
  • Management of contracts (incl. service provider management for the creation and administration of intercompany, corporate customer and end customer contracts)
  • Establishment of customer support (incl. forecasting of inquiry volumes and FTE requirements, mandating and managing external service providers, identification of use cases and creation of corresponding templates, etc.)

Achievements and results:

Successful launch and operation of mass testing on behalf of various international cruise lines with double-digit million revenues.
