Interim COO/ Production Manager
We are currently looking for an Interim COO/ Production Manager in the automotive supply industry in Mexico.
Tasks:
- Responsibility for production in Mexico
- Management of production with approx. 700 employees
- Increasing efficiency
- Development towards operational excellence, lean production
- Improvement of all processes and procedures
- Goal: Improve delivery reliability and quality!
- A radical change in the organization is needed, there must be major intervention.
Requirements:
- Experience as COO/ Production Manager, strong Operations Manager
- International experience, ideally especially in the Americas, Mexico
- Spanish hardworking, you should be able to talk to shift supervisors etc., important!
- strong character, experience with change situations and restructuring in the operations area
- people-oriented
Project start: short-term, full-time, on-site
Project duration: six months +
