Interim Head of Finance/ CFO
We are currently looking for an Interim Finance Manager/ CFO in the automotive supply industry in Mexico.
Tasks:
- Responsibility as CFO for the commercial division. Area of the production plant in Mexico
- Management of the 12-strong team
- Areas are accounting, controlling, taxes/compliance
- The focus is on controlling (business plans, project controlling, etc.) and liquidity management/cash flow planning
- Close cooperation with the Plant Manager and commercial staff. Management of the plant
Requirements:
- experienced finance manager/ CFO
- Strong understanding of production, preferably in automotive
- International experience, ideal in Americas, Mexico
- Assertive in the management team of the location
- Spanish and English at least at a good level
- Very “people-oriented” (transformation)
Project start: short-term, full-time, on-site
Project duration: six months +
