Review KIM 2024 / 9th KIM – Conference for Interim Management

On 01. The Conference for Interim Management 2024 (KIM for short) took place in Salzburg on March 2 and 2 – THE industry meeting place for the interim management scene par excellence. Over 200 participants, many qualified providers and brokers and all key industry representatives from Germany, Austria and Switzerland were present. But read for yourself….

The 9th KIM was dedicated to the exciting event motto THE NEW INTERIM MANAGEMENT GENERATION. Highly interesting presentations and current project reports showed that interim management is becoming increasingly diverse, younger and more specialized! There are many very specialized areas of application and managers decide to go into interim management at an earlier stage and are very successful in doing so. This development is very important to us, which is why this year we have tried to show where we stand and where we can go in the future.

Get ready – the future of the new generation is just around the corner!

The annual award ceremony for the Interim Manager of the Year 2024 was again part of the Management Dinner the evening before, and the CIM – Certified Interim Manager title was awarded at KIM together with the UBIT/Incite trade association. The management dinner the evening before was once again held in cooperation with the AIMP (Arbeitskreis Interim Management Provider) as FIM (Forum Interim Management).

A record number of participants, many exciting presentations, numerous exhibitors from well-known providers from Austria and Germany as well as other service providers made this 9th KIM conference a very special event once again.

The participants were delighted with the event, the presentations and the culinary offerings. Make a note of the next date: February 28 and March 1, 2025 in Salzburg. Program notes will follow shortly. We are looking forward to meeting you!
