Sales Manager/ Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in permanent position

Sales Manager/ Senior Consultant (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- You identify potential clients, acquire new clients and build up your own client network in the long term (ideally you already have a relevant network).
- You will be responsible for creating long-term partnerships with our customers and expanding contacts with our existing customers.
- You take over responsibility for customer projects/inquiries and staff them with the appropriate interim managers from our network.
- You generate inquiries, negotiate contracts and accompany the projects throughout their entire duration; as a partner and consultant on both the client and interim manager side.
- Your discussion partners on the customer side are managing directors/ board members and top managers. They support them in critical personnel and corporate situations and are available as sparring partners to fill challenging project vacancies and projects with highly qualified interim managers.
- You will recruit new interim managers and consultants for our network, the Member.Room, and thus help shape our community.
- They represent GOiNTERIM and further expand our market presence.
- You are used to acting in an entrepreneurial manner – through direct profit sharing in sales success and a high degree of freedom in the design of your tasks.
- You want to work with people and break new ground here.
Your profile:
- You have a degree or comparable experience and at least five years of sales-relevant professional experience in the B2B sector. Ideally, you bring industry knowledge from human resources or management consulting.
- Ideally, you yourself have relevant management experience as an executive or also experience yourself as an interim manager.
- You are open and extroverted, approach people and understand the different points of view.
- They know the business challenges, can structure them and offer solutions.
- You are accustomed to acting at management level, management and the board of directors, and to acting as a contact person at eye level.

- A salary of over €80,000 gross annually including the bonus system, with overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
