The last few years we have been able to steadily develop our growth path. Thank goodness we also got through the lean period of the pandemic season very well. Since last year, the market has been developing positively again and the pent-up projects are now being requested.

In order to be able to implement this growth path without any loss of quality, we have also strengthened our candidate management. Lukas Stöllinger has been responsible for candidate management since May of this year. He has a degree in education and also continues his education in the field of mental training. In other words, ideal conditions for contact and coordination with our interim managers and consultants.
